With the rise and development of new media in recent years,short video began to enter the public's view,and become a part of people's daily life.With the emergence and maturity of sina micro-blog,jitter,Bilibili and foreign Instagram,Twitter and other social media,many users began to record their lives on these social platforms tiktok.Vlog also came into being.As a branch of vlog,fitness vlog started to rise from abroad,and fitness blogger was born.In recent years,there are also fitness vlog and fitness bloggers in China.It is not hard to find that the fitness vlog has become a part of the "vlog army".More and more people begin to pay attention to the fitness vlog,and more and more people become fitness bloggers.Therefore,this paper will analyze and summarize the practice of fitness vlog communication in the new media environment through case analysis and literature reference,and at the same time,think about the development of fitness vlog.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part describes and summarizes the origin and development of vlog in the context of new media and the development process of vlog in China.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation of vlog in China.The second part is a multiple analysis of “Shuaisoserious”,a blogger of vlog in fitness.Firstly,it analyzes the representative who chooses the blogger for case study The significance and research value are elaborated,followed by the analysis of its video content and characteristics,role image,profit mode and its impact on the fitness industry and the vlog industry;the third part is the analysis of the problems and difficulties in the development of the fitness vlog,to find the disadvantages on its development path,the fourth part is to put forward corresponding countermeasures,plans and measures for the problems found At the same time,it also puts forward some suggestions for the better development of fitness vlog in the future.The author believes that with the improvement of people's living standards,the concepts of "healthy life" and "green life" are deeply rooted in people's hearts,and fitness will gradually enter into people's lives,and fitness vlog will be more and more people's attention.In this paper,taking "Shuaisoseries" as an example,which has certain research significance and research value,the author summarizes and analyzes the practice of the fitness vlog in the communication,discusses the existing problems,and provides corresponding suggestions for the future development direction of the fitness vlog.I also look forward to the future development of fitness vlog and fitnessbloggers.
