With the development of society and economy,China's museum team continues to grow.As an indispensable part of the museum team in China,non-state museums have increasingly become a major focus in museum research.In recent years,the issuance of a number of support policies by the state and local governments have greatly promoted the development of non-state-owned museums.The proportion of non-state museums in China's museums is increasing,and it has become an important supplementary force for state-owned museums.While affirming the status of non-state museums,we must not ignore the problems and difficulties encountered in the current development stage of non-state museums.Analyzing the status quo is the basis for identifying problems,seeking change,and breaking through bottlenecks.Studying the status quo of non-state museums is the foundation for finding problems encountered during the development stage of the museum,as well as seeking ways to develop and break through the inherent bottlenecks.ready.How to further stimulate the vitality of non-state museums based on the current development status,how to solve the dilemmas encountered by non-state museums in terms of talents,funds,management,curatorial operations,etc.,and how to expand the social functions of non-state museums and make them The maximization of social benefits deserves the thought of every museum worker and researcher.Based on the survey of museums published by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage,this article takes non-state museums formally registered in Beijing as the subject of the survey,and conducts field surveys,telephone consultations,and questionnaire surveys,combined with publicly available data on the Internet.Collection management,academic research,exhibition display,educational activities,social services and future development of 24 non-state-owned museums,including the Fu Museum,the Museum of Ancient Pottery Civilization,Beijing China Red Sandalwood Museum,Beijing Jintai Art Museum,Beijing Wenwangge Wooden Works Museum,etc.Investigations and researches on the status quo in several areas.After summarizing the survey data,the problems existing in non-state museums inBeijing are summarized,and on this basis,the sustainable development of non-state museums in China is explored.
