Since the forty years of reform and opening up,China has taken a new look,with the rapid development of economy,politics and culture.The concept of "flourishing collection" has been fully embodied in China since ancient times.With the rising heat of cultural relics and folk collections and the development of the trend of private collection to social sharing in recent years,many of them have strength.Since the new museum Ordinance was released in February 9,2015,since the new museum Ordinance was released,the non-state-owned museums all over the country have developed rapidly with the support of the governments at all levels,and gradually participate in the public life of the people of the society,and have received extensive attention from all walks of life,especially experts and scholars.Non-state museums have been further developed and the speed of growth has been increased unprecedentedly.Non-state museums in various parts of the country have played an important role in social education and public cultural and entertainment life.Hefei is the capital of Anhui province and the center of Anhui river city belt.As the leading city of Anhui Province,People's Republic of China has been approved by People's Republic of China as the central city of central and eastern China and the sub central city of the economic belt of the Yangtze River.It is the central city of the political,economic,cultural and education of Anhui Province,and in recent years,the Hefei area With the rapid development of the cultural and cultural undertakings in the District,the museum industry has been further developed under the support of the municipal government,especially the number of non-state museums is increasing,the quality is increasing,and the social influence is increasing.In recent years,the development of non-state-owned museums in China has received attention and support from all walks of life,especially after the promulgation of the new museum regulations in 2015,the non-state-owned museums have been further developed.However,when we look up the information,we find that the domestic scholars' research on non-state-owned museums is almost still in the state of no one,with few books,periodicals and articles.Domestic research on non-state museums is so,and the research on non-state museums in Anhui and even Hefei is even less.When looking up the information,only one paper published in 2016 was found in "Hefei non-state Museum investigation and research".So,when I carefully considered the topic of the thesis,after discussing with the tutor,I selected the topic of"investigation and Research on the development of non-state Museum in Hefei",as the topic of my graduation thesis.On the basis of looking up domestic research literature on non-state-owned museums,I conscientiously comprehend the spirit of the museum regulations,combining theoretical thinking with field investigation,drawing on the achievement of "Hefei non-state Museum investigation and research",taking a field visit,investigation and so on,using qualitative and quantitative analysis.Combining and summarizing the basic situation of Non State Museum in Hefei area of Anhui Province,collecting the main information of Non State Museum in Hefei area at present,analyzing the problems existing in the development of non-state Museum in Hefei,and putting forward the development countermeasures or suggestions according to the existing problems,in order to promote Hefei.The construction and development of non-state-owned museums in the region.After collecting literature,field visits and surveys,I collate,summarize and collect the literature and real materials,and edit the papers.This article will start from the basic concept of "non-state Museum",summarize the related concepts of Museum and non-state Museum,comb the history of the development of non-state Museum in Hefei,and affirm the features of Hefei non-state museum to Hefei area and Anhui province to promote the development of museum cause and to protect the various features.The contribution of the heritage and participation in public cultural services is made,and the reasons for its development are analyzed.At the same time,the existing problems of land,capital and lack of talent are pointed out.Finally,several measures are put forward in the light of the government policy,economic development and related experiences,such as the development of non-state museums in Hefei.So as to realize the continuous and healthy development of non-state museums in Hefei.It...
