XC Company Information System Optimization Research

With the development of society and technological progress,enterprises are developing fast with growing scale,but problems are also mounting.In the manufacturing industry,the rapid expansion of scale will cause not only the reduction of management fineness but also the difficulty of guaranteeing product quality.It is a challenge for enterprises to ensure the production efficiency and product quality while maintaining rapid development.Many enterprises try to overcome such challenges by establishing the management information system or optimizing existing systems.This paper studies the management information system of XC Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.,a military company located in Shaanxi Province.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the operation and management by improve the management information system of this company,as well as to ensure the production efficiency and product quality while maintaining the rapid development of this company.This paper takes the management information system of XC Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,optimizing and modifying the existing management information system into a new information system structured with “corporate brain”,"Center brain" and "unit brain” by studying the problems of the system itself and occurred during the establishment of this system and utilizing big data thinking;improving the organizational structure,refining production management,promoting technology update,strengthen the control of data towards decision-making and enhance the ability to acquire industry information quickly and utilize efficiently by improving the information system;boosting the company to keep up with the rhythm in the future and develop steadily by establishing a management information system with the core of big data thinking.XC company is strive to improve its status by implementing various methods when facing big problem of survival,but have little effect.In this paper,the author,from the perspective of production,strives to re-optimize the process,promote production efficiency and reduce costs to make the company achieving the goal of "saving time and effort";from the perspective of management,to optimize the corporate structure,promote the flow of information and support the strategic deployment to make the company fulfill the aim of "reducing burdens and slimming down";from the perspective of long-term development,to stimulate the vitality,enhance the influence within the industry and form the core competitiveness of company to promote the company "running fast ".
