The Design And Realization Of Vaccine Process Quality Management Information System Based On B/S Structure

The quality management is regarded as another kind of productive forces for any enterprise, its importance for promoting econnomic forwards is more greate than the current technologies inside the enterprise. Quality management system is the decisive core factors of competition for a enterprise. In today's international market competition, the superiority or inferior position of quality competition for any enterprise will be based on the differences of quality management systems applied in essence.In 2004, the quality management system for most of the Vaccine enterprises in China have just changed from quality inspection to the total quality assurance according to GMP, but today's global ecconnomics force them have to face the challenge from theirselves less quality competitive. The traditional fuctional quality managements have not been fitted in the need of the development for modern market economy. In the information ear, market competition is based on the customers guiding, the critical factor for the enterprise competition is building up inner process management. If Chinese vaccine enterprises attempt to own the leadership in the market competition, they should try their best to use the experience of other contries for reference, in order to strengthen their quality competitive, and lay the foundation of theirfuthure stable success.6 σ quality management strategy sum up many sucessful enterprises experience after total quality management came into the world. This thesis has reserched how to constructed a quality information management system for a vaccine enterprise. With the 6s quality management idea, the author abstract a logic model for a vaccine process, ananlyse its dataflow and its function block, in order integrate the process quality information management system in a B/S structure environment, to realize its less defect management. This information system has been applied to Kunming Institute of Medicine Biology, water for injection system and achieve good results.
