Children’s publishing industry in China is an important area of development ofcultural industries, innovation in children’s publications is one of the key objectives ofthe cultural product innovation. This thesis is based on a survey of children’spublications, topics planning, choice of technology, marketing services andknowledge management in four areas of cultural product innovation factors empiricalanalysis of sample data using SPSS software reliability testing and validity degree test,and further use of AMOS software path verification of the structural equation modelassumptions, and ultimately arrive at the conclusion of the study and management ofrevelation to our children’s publications cultural product innovation proposed in thispaper to guide the work practice.In this thesis, the study found that:(1) children’s publications workflow topicsplanning positive significant effect on idea generation, and creative ideas intodiffusion did not actively a significant impact on the relationship between positive;(2)children’s publications workflow technology choices significantly affect the creativeideas and the proliferation of creative, but creativity generated did not activelysignificantly with the impact of relationship;(3) children’s publications workflowactively marketing services significantly affect the creative generation and theproliferation of creative, but the creative conversion does not actively significantlywith the relationship;(4) children’s publications workflow knowledge management ispositive significant effect on idea generation, creative ideas and creative diffusion.An Empirical Study based on localization data to verify the topics of children’spublications planning, choice of technology, marketing services and knowledgemanagement on product innovation relationship and mechanism of action, richproduct innovation theory and knowledge management theory, for our children’spublishing innovative practice activities of the cultural products of the industry andprovides a solid theoretical foundation.
