| With the development of the times,the use of archives has also been given more significance and role.Archives,as a place where a large number of files are kept centrally,cannot be separated from the utilization of files in order to give full play to their value.In order to further understand the basic situation of the utilization of archives in local archives in our country,the author selected Xinzhou District Archives in Wuhan City as the research object,in order to conduct a systematic investigation and analysis on the utilization of archives in district-level comprehensive archives in our country.Firstly,this paper gives a brief summary of the development process,collection files and other aspects of Wuhan Xinzhou District Archives.On this basis,through the combination of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire investigation,the present situation of archives utilization in Xinzhou district was thoroughly and carefully sorted out from the aspects of archives utilization cognition,contents of archives utilization,utilization rate of archives,feedback of archives utilization,etc.At the same time,the problems existing in the utilization of archives in Xinzhou district archives are comprehensively summarized,and then the basic countermeasures to solve the existing problems are put forward.It is hoped that through the study of this article,some possible help can be provided to the Xinzhou District Archives to further improve the service ability of archives utilization. |
