With the continuous development of communication media,the topics,content selection,communication channels,user interaction and commercial profit modes of emotional content in different forms of communication are quite different.This paper takes the short video operation of emotion as the research object,explore the emotional short video market and operation strategy.In this paper,the CRM theory is used to summarize the three most critical links in the operation of short emotional video: content operation,brand building,commercial profit,in order to analyze the account operation strategy of high quality and the typical case "Yi Chanxiaoheshang".At the same time,combined with the realistic challenges faced by the creators of emotional short videos,this paper explores that when the dividend period of short video has passed,the creators of short emotional videos should pay close attention to the two modules of flow and commercial profit,and improve the operation ability of accounts and enhance the competitiveness of accounts by scene empowerment,private domain to retain users and creating a closed loop of industrial chain.
