The rapid development of flash memory technology has brought about a transformation in the field of non-volatile storage.Solid-state storage devices based on flash memory have gradually been favored by the market for its excellent performance.At the same time,the development of new technologies is also accompanied by many problems.Among them,to ensure data transmission speed and accuracy is an important research hotspot.This paper takes the proprietary solid-state storage system as a platform,designs a Wi-Fi(Wireless-Fidelity)interface to connect with the client,and studies the ECC(Error Correction Code)error control module of the SSD(Solid State Disk)to guarantee the safety and reliability of the data.The Wi-Fi module is located on the expansion board of the SSD.In the Linux system of the expansion board,a network driver is developed for the Wi-Fi module to complete functions concerning the initialization of the driver,the transmission and reception of data,etc.For the ECC error correction module of the solid state disk,an ECC engine and an ECC error correction unit are designed.The ECC engine is responsible for encoding and decoding comparison.When an error occurs,the ECC error correction unit is called to calculate the error location and correct it.The design of the Wi-Fi interface of the solid-state disk not only meets the requirements of convenience,but also reaches the expected transmission speed of the system.The ECC module is designed with three different error correction capabilities,using parallel and pipeline methods.The encoding and decoding speed of the ECC module is improved,but the latency time is reduced.Finally,the throughput,response time and other parameters of the solid-state disk using the Wi-Fi interface were tested.The theoretical analysis and test of the latency time,read and write under different error correction capabilities in the ECC module were performed,and the bottleneck and further optimization of the system are analyzed in according with the results.
