Research On The Influencing Factors Of Discontinuous Use Behavior Of Social APP Users From The Perspective Of Information Ecology

With the widespread popularity of smart phones and 4G networks,mobile social applications emerge one after another,and gradually infiltrate into people's daily life.With the continuous development of social apps,users are becoming more and more dependent.While enjoying the joy of sharing their lives with social apps,they find that the use of social apps does not always make people feel positive.Burnout is spreading along with the rapid development of social applications,which leads to the intention of users to use them unsustainably.According to statistics,in 2017,more than 70%of WeChat users added less than 5 new friends per month.Similarly,Sina Weibo user Research Daily According to the report,11.6 percent of Weibo users were added,28.9 percent of them were lost,and the proportion of lost users was much larger than that of new users[1].It can be seen that the degree of participation and activity of social APP has decreased to a certain extent,which makes scholars pay more attention to this problem.Domestic and foreign scholars have done some related research on the non-sustainability of social APP,including the source,development and influencing factors of discontinuous use.When studying the influencing factors,scholars mainly use the pressure source-pressure-result-frame combined with the percieved overload theory and fatigue theory to explore the influence of users' discontinuous use behavior from the perspective of pressure source,so that the research perspective of influencing factors is more Single,the systemic and comprehensive nature of the research needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper introduces the information ecological theory and the SOR model,and attempts to use these two theoretical models to study the influence mechanism of social APP users' discontinue use behavior from a more comprehensive perspective,construct the relevant influencing factors model,and then propose research hypotheses.The user data was collected through questionnaire survey,and the statistical analysis software SPSS22.0 and structural equation modeling software AMOS were used to analyze the questionnaire data to verify the proposed hypothesis and draw the final research conclusion.The research conclusions can help social APP suppliers to carry out product reform and function optimization,and can help social APP operators optimize products and services,and also help to better regulate users' use of social APPs,socializing.The use of class APP users provides some guiding significance.The specific content of this article is as follows:(1)Explain the related concepts and theoretical basis of discontinuous use behaviors of social APP users.It mainly includes the connotation and characteristics of social APP,the connotation and level of continuous use behavior of social APP users,the connotation and performance of discontinuous use behavior of social APP users,the information ecology and information ecosystem connotation,information ecological factors and information ecological chain,SOR Relevant theories such as model connotation and variable composition.(2)Based on the information ecology theory and S-O-R model theory and the research results in the field of discontinuous use behavior,the research hypothesis of this paper is proposed,and the influencing factors model of discontinuous use behavior of social APP users is constructed.Firstly,the information ecological theory and the SOR model are combined to construct the theoretical framework of this paper.Then,based on the theoretical results of the related research in the field of non-sustainable use behavior,the influencing factor model of the discontinuous use behavior of social APP users is constructed.According to the research model,the research hypothesis of this paper is proposed.Then,based on the mature scale at home and abroad,the questionnaire design is combined with the characteristics of this paper.(3)This paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the non-sustainable use behavior of social APP users,and draws the conclusion of the study,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant personnel.The data of users' discontinue use behavior were collected by means of questionnaires.After the formal questionnaire data were collected,the data were analyzed by SPSS software and AMOS structural equation model software.It mainly includes reliability and validity test,descriptive statistical analysis,data normality test,fitting and evaluation of the research model and path analysis.Through empirical analysis,the hypothesis is verified to reveal the inherent correlation between the influencing factors.At the same time,in previous studies,The positive effects of information saturation,information diversity and non-sustainable self-efficacy on burnout are verified.It is also proved that the frequent variation of information technology has no significant effect on burnout under the premise of sample data being younger.Finally,based on the conclusion of the research,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to guide social APP users to use social APP,reasonably to help social APP providers and operators innovate their products and optimize their services.
