| The Shijia Hutong Museum is located in No.24,Shijia Hutong.It is the first museum in Beijing to showcase the culture and history of Hutong.It is also a small community museum affiliated to the Chaoyangmen Sub-district Office in Beijing.In 2017,the Beijing Urban Planning and Design Institute and the Chaoyangmen Sub-district Office reached an entrusted management agreement to take the museum as a community-building practice base and then participated in its daily operations.Not only has the museum achieved fruitful results but also obtained positive social appraisal.The Shijia Hutong Museum is a typical practice of community museums,especially for the “partnership” entrusted operation mechanism,flexible organizational structure,“objectives&key results” project implementation process,“online&offline” working methods,innovative exhibition concept of community museum etc.Based on this,this paper will comprehensively review and discuss its operation mode,in order to provide practical reference for other community museums in China.The thesis is divided into eight parts: the introduction part clarifies the importance and necessity of the research.Chapter 1 discusses the origin of ecomuseum &community museum,the characteristics of the community museum and its core concept,and the exploration and practice of Chinese community museums;Chapter 2 is the introduction of the background of the Shijia Hutong Museum;Chapter 3 discusses the operation management of the Shijia Hutong Museum,including the entrusted operation mechanism,organization structure and project implementation process.Chapter 4 specifically analyzes the exhibition activities of the Shijia Hutong Museum,explains the features of the permanent exhibitions,the new ideas of the temporary exhibitions,and the particularity of the cultural activities;Chapter 5 dicusses the publicity of the Shijia Hutong Museum.Chapter 6 aims to comprehensively evaluate the operational efficiency of the Shijia Hutong Museum;The conclusion part summarizes the operation mode of the Shijia Hutong Museum,the significance and enlightenment brought by its practice. |
