Since the National College Ideological and Political Work Conference was held in December 2016,more and more job seekers are willing to work as college counselors.In the face of the enthusiasm of the college counselors,the current market-based matching products are difficult to meet the actual needs of the relevant people in the position.This paper aims at the research and implementation of the precision matching system based on AHP and BP neural network algorithm for college counselors,and strives to provide reference for college counselor recruitment,improve the precision of on-the-job counseling training,and provide pre-employment self-test for job seekers,service.In the research stage of system core technology,this paper firstly analyzes the competency model of college counselors and related employment requirements documents,selects the competency characteristics of 34 college counselors,and combines the classic competency model structure design questionnaire to use the network channel for sample survey.Complete data acquisition.Then the paper analyzes the normalization of data and carries on the BP neural network model training and precision matching experiment.Then,in order to improve the matching accuracy of the research system,this paper takes the "onion model" as the basis and adopts the method of using the competency feature as the AHP criterion layer to analyze the hierarchical competence weight of the college counselor's post competency.At the same time,this paper analyzes the combination of AHP and BP neural network in previous research and points out its limitations.On this basis,the innovative combination of AHP and BP neural network is proposed and the model based on AHP and BP neural network is carried out.Training and precision matching experiments.Finally,by comparing and analyzing the above four experimental results,it is found that the inheritance type combination of AHP-BP neural network not only avoids the problem of small AHP capacity,but also integrates the hierarchical weighting science with theoretical basis into the calculation of BP neural network..In addition,the AHP-BP neural network inheritance type combination method can replace the normalization of data in this study,and effectively improve the training speed and matching accuracy of the college counselor post accurate matching model under the new situationIn the system design and implementation phase,this paper introduces the related technologies involved in system development,including PHP scripts,CodeIgniter framework,SQLSERVER database,Python scripting language and so on.The development model of the system is described,including the development of the B/S architecture model and the three-tier architecture based on B/S using a three-tier customer service structure.The overall design of the system's goals and principles,functional modules,database table structure,system deployment architecture,etc.The function module design introduces the specific function design content of the respondents,the assessors and the administrators.The database table structure design describes the core data table structure involved in the system database,and explains the system deployment architecture.Finally,the system implementation part of the core module includes the respondent's questionnaire filling function,the assessor matching information management,and the system accurate matching result function to explain the implementation.
