Wang Yunsheng's Journalistic Practice And Research On The Evolution Of Journalistic Thought (1925-1949)

Wang yun-sheng is the second editor-in-chief of Ta Kung Pao,and is a famous political theorist and social activist in the Republic of China.In his 40 years in journalism,he has witnessed the development of the civil press,leaving behind numerous generous editorials.As a representative of liberal intellectuals in the period of Republic of China,Wang yun-sheng’s mentality and the way of asking government have the characteristic of the Times.This is why the author chose Wang yun-sheng as the object of study.Through the comb and grasp of his news career,further study Wang yun-sheng’s news characters,objectively and scientifically understand his value and significance The history of the Republic of China.It also explores the ideological transformation and road choice of some liberal intellectuals in the 20th century.This article is divided into four parts.In the first part,the author introduces Wang Yun-sheng’s family background and life experience as a clue to show his relationship with the society.In the second part,Wang Yun-sheng’s news practice activities are systematically combed and divided into three stages:the National Revolution,the Second Sino-Japanese War period,and the Liberation War period.The third part carries on the systematic research to the Wang Yunsheng early news career(1925-1941)thought evolution process,elaborates his in political tendency,the patriotic thought,the newspaper opinion and so on aspect content change and analyzes the change the reason.The fourth part carries on the system research to Wang Yunsheng’s news career later period(1941-1949)thought evolution process,and expounds the changes of his political views and news thoughts in the new historical stage and the reasons behind them.In this way,the author explores Wang Yun-sheng’s important position in the news history of the Republic of China from the angle of "Minguo News Man".
