The Study On The Editor's Practice And Thought Of Ye Sheng Tao Before The Found Of New China

Editing is a central part of the publishing.Ether traditional paper or new type of digital one has close relationship with Editing.In publishing,editors is crucial.Therefore,the young editor need to learn from the excellent predecessors to revive the publishing industry.Ye shengtao's idea,spirit and its wealth from the long-term editing career and practice have realistic significance and reference value on today's editing.The study on Ye's editing practices and ideas are both meaningful and necessary.The research of this paper on Ye's editing practice and ideas is organized under Ye's stable patriotic ideas during the time between May 30 th movement and the founding of new China.At that time,editing activities and publishing ideas oriented by "saving" and "the enlightenment" have combined with the historical background,by which this paper has a further study on Ye's editing ideas.After the analysis on Ye's life,thoughts of the patriotic evolution,the relationship between patriotic ideas and editing view,this paper illustrates his editing practice and courage thoughts to arouse the public in early period by “saving”orientation and the editing practice,education and readers' thoughts dominated by children teaching materials and books construction in later period by “enlightenment”orientation.Therefore,this paper can deeply conclude Ye's editing practice under that historian background and further analyze on his ideas so as to illuminate the editing work.In this paper,the structure is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction,mainly elaborating the research origin,status,breakthroughs,significance,ideas and methods.The second part include Ye's editing practice and the start of the ideas.It elaborates Ye's life by the time clue,and then states his evolution of patriotism,the start of revolutionary ideas in his school time,the formation of critical realism in May 4 movement period,the development of realism in the Revolution of,the formation of his patriotic revolutionary thought is a from scratch.His patriotism forms from nothing to spiral rising,and finally becomes stable.Thereby,the paper analyzes the intrinsic relations between Ye's patriotism and his editing view to refine his editing activities orientated by "saving" and "enlightenment" under the influence of the revolutionary idea.Third part analyzes such newspapers and magazines as Gongli Ribao,Suzhou Pinglun,Guangming,Xiaoshuo Yuebao founded and edited by him around his editing career in the early period with “saving”orientation,and concludes his strong sense of social responsibility and the editing thoughts of cultivation on new generation.The fourth part mainly illustrates Ye's editing practice in later period by "enlightenment" orientation,which corresponds the time he worked in Kaiming bookstore.It also lists two sets of teaching materials as Kaiming Guoyu Keben,Guowen Baibake and the magazines as Zhongxuesheng,Kaimingshaonian,all of which sum up his three main eiditing ideas--distinctive editing principle,elaborate redaction and binding,the service consciousness for readers.The fifth part is based the analysis of Ye's editing ideas that has been mentioned above.Reflecting current publishing industry,it also summarizes the transmission and development of Ye's editing practice and ideas--always keep political sensitivity,focus on the orientation of social benefits,respect the author and his idea of cultivation on new generation and thought of “readers in mind” as well as become versatile.The last part is the summary to conclude Ye's achievement before the founding of new China,and the enlightenment of his precious editorial thought on the the present.
