An Exploration Of Network Collective Action From The Perspective Of Interactive Ritual Chain

Collective action is a common phenomenon in human society.With the advent of the Internet,the dimensions of people's daily life have been expanded,and collective actions have taken place in the cyberspace field.The collective action of the network is a new phenomenon in which collective action spreads from the offline real space to the online virtual space.In China,with the continuous innovation of new media technologies,the development of network collective action presents different stage characteristics.The low-cost,high-speed Internet information dissemination has greatly increased the mobilization scale and social influence of the collective action of the network,and thus has some negative consequences.Collins' interactive ritual chain theory is devoted to the study of human interaction and the emotional motivation behind it.The conditions for the interactive ritual are that a plurality of individuals gather in the same place,and a barrier is set for the outsiders.The focus of attention is the same,and the common emotional and emotional experiences are shared with each other.The interactive experience of social media allows the participants of the collective action of the network to break through the limitations of time and space,realize the virtual co-existence,and continuously feedback and strengthen the mutual attention and emotional state in the online interaction,and achieve the state of group excitement through the continuous generation of interactive rituals.Promote the process of collective action on the network.In the perspective of the interactive ritual chain,the whole process of collective action of the network is explored,which has high practical value for the group interaction behaviors in the online and offline spaces.This paper uses questionnaires and the in-depth interview method to investigate the action situation of the Diba "Xiao Fenhong" group,and focuses on the ideological motives and behavioral preferences of the behavioral subjects of the network collective action in the process of participating.From the perspective of interactive ritual chain,this paper analyzes the interactive performance of the Diba "Xiao Fenhong" group from the aspects of media selection and discourse construction.Combined with the constituent elements of the interactive ritual,the application process of the interactive ritual chain under the network collective action situation is explored Finally,according to the results of the interactive rituals,combined with the accompanying problems in the collective action of the network,the optimization suggestions of the network collective action interaction ritual chain are put forward to achieve the purpose of promoting the orderly and benign feedback of the collective action of the networkThe research results show that the common focus and emotional energy are the core forces driving the development of collective action in the network.A successful interactive ritual wil strengthen the individual's emotional energy and identity and internalize it as a symbolic reserve,providing a trigger for the next interactive ritual.Individuals' recognition of group membership and organizational culture can translate short-term emotions into long-term emotional energy.However,after the end of the collective action of the network,the participants' common focus will disappear,the individual emotional energy will gradually weaken,and the collective action of the network will gradually dissolve.Therefore,the organizers of network collective action should pay attention to the call of individual emotional energy and the shaping of group membership,and realize the joint effect of mutual attention and sharing of emotional state feedback.
