Research On Rural Poverty Alleviation Report Of Henan Daily Since The Reform And Opening Up

China has made great achievements in poverty alleviation Since the reform and opening up under the guidance of the policies of the party and the government with the joint efforts of the whole people.China's poverty alleviation task is mainly rural poverty,as a major agricultural province of Henan work can be performed smoothly is also crucial.Henan people living in poverty and regional focus is one of the responsibilities of mass media in Henan province,Henan daily since the reform and opening up in advance with The Times in the development of marxist concept of news constantly adjust their own,in the news dissemination theory and practice constantly improve themselves,for the party and the government's policy and objectives for poverty alleviation.This paper takes the poverty alleviation report of Henan daily from 1978 to 2018 analyzes the communication mode and changes of communication elements of poverty alleviation report in the past 40 years from the perspective of communication theory.Firstly,There are four historic stages according to the national poverty alleviation policy and the practice of poverty alleviation in Henan province namely the reform and formation stage,the multi-directional development stage,the specialized development stage and the improvement stage.Then it analyzes the evolution of communication modes and elements in different stages,and explores the role positioning and concept change of provincial mainstream media in poverty alleviation reporting since the reform and opening up.It is found that th poverty alleviation related to agriculture in henan daily has experienced four stages: formation in reform,horizontal development of report information,vertical development of specialization and perfect development.Reported in these four stages,poverty alleviation model has experienced a one-way message to two-way interactive information mode to multiple stages,shown on the spread of specific elements for: as the change of social background and academic and industry news,disseminator experienced government orders,media,audience subject and process diversity;With the change of times and the change of poverty alleviation policy,the macro theme and micro expression of communication content are different in each historical stage.
