Research On The Construction Of Poverty Alleviation Issues In Peasant Daily

This study selects the national and comprehensive central-level newspaper "Peasant Daily" 2018 poverty alleviation report as the main research object.With the help of agenda setting theory and framework theory,the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis is used to construct the poverty alleviation issue.The content,the way in which the issues are presented,and the experience,shortcomings and countermeasures accumulated in the construction of poverty alleviation issues have been studied.The study found that the construction of the "Peasant Daily" poverty alleviation topic mainly includes two aspects: First,the construction of four types of poverty alleviation subjects including the government,enterprises,institutions,social forces,and people in need;and second,the construction of policy issues and services.Five main frameworks,such as issues,experience issues,measures,and effects.The presentation of poverty alleviation issues is mainly achieved through reporting forms,reporting perspectives and reporting tendencies.The study also found that the "Peasant Daily" in the construction of poverty alleviation issues,the following experience is worth learning:(1)through the construction of poverty alleviation issues,the formation of a positive public opinion atmosphere for poverty alleviation;(2)through the construction of poverty alleviation issues,to provide assistance for poverty alleviation Experience and countermeasures;(3)Constructing the main image of poverty alleviation through the construction of poverty alleviation issues.However,there are also shortcomings:(1)the main body status of the difficult people is not prominent enough;(2)the "problem issues" framework is not highlighted;(3)the critical supervision reports are relatively weak;(4)the in-depth reports are less.Based on the above deficiencies,this study also proposes the following improvements:(1)In terms of content construction,system issues and key issues should be balanced;(2)reporting tendencies,positive publicity and critical supervision should be organically combined;(3)reporting In terms of methods,we should pay attention to in-depth reports and tell the story of poverty alleviation.
