Research On The Personalized Service Of University Libraries Under The Background Of Informationization

With the continuous development of knowledge updating rapidly with modern technology,especially in the context of information technology,the traditional library service model has been unable to meet the growing amount of cultural knowledge and information needs.Now people demand for knowledge not only in a single,but more the pursuit of personalized,professional,diversified.Therefore,the service mode of library personalized became an important development trend.In this context,the traditional service mode of university library has been challenged,personalized information service has emerged,the high school library should not only put forward according to the user's requests for personalized information service,and And through careful analysis of the characteristics of information and the use of the individual user habits to find the potential demand and take the initiative to provide them with necessary services.In this paper,the intellectual capital theory,the theory of information resources management theory and management education as the basis,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey method conducted in-depth research on personalized service of university library.The connotation of personalized information service of university library,the basic characteristics and service overview on the main five aspects the author discusses in detail the university library to carry out personalized information services,including information push,information customization,vertical information,reference and wisdom The comprehensive quality of service and the librarian agent.The personalized information service in Gansu Z university library were analyzed,and a thorough analysis of the needs of users personalized information service on the basis of the questionnaire survey,and other university library personalized service model,find out the shortcomings of Gansu Z personalized service of university library,and puts forward related suggestions to improve the level of personalized information service of University Library and Countermeasures of Gansu Z,is expected to provide a useful reference and guidance for the university library to carry out personalized information service.Aiming at the problems existing in personalized service of library of Gansu Z College,this paper analyzes the reasons of the problems from the aspect of personalized customization service,and analyzes the reasons of the problems in the aspect of personalized retrieval service.In the aspect of personalized information push service,the reasons of problems are analyzed,and the reasons of the problems in personalized intelligent agent service are analyzed.The strategies of improving librarians' quality and the guiding strategies of teachers and students' users are put forward in order to provide useful guidance and reference for the development of personalized information services in university libraries.
