With the development of technology becoming more and more intelligent in today's society,the development page of the current intelligent temperature control system is becoming more and more mainstream.Its principle is mainly to produce radiated heat of heat pipe to process food,which is convenient for everybody's daily life.Among them,the digital controller realized by single chip microcomputer is widely used because of its small size,low cost,strong function and simplicity.The traditional hot-deformed pressing knob control method and the conventional PID control method have the problems of large temperature deviation and low precision,which make it difficult to achieve better control effect.To overcome the shortcomings of traditional control methods,a temperature control system of oven based on fuzzy self-tuning PID control is proposed,and the feasibility of the system is verified by application.The main work accomplished is as follows:1.Uncertainties of the model structure of the control object and the characteristics of large time delay,the advantages and disadvantages of PID control and fuzzy control are analyzed,which make it difficult to achieve better control effect.A design scheme based on single-chip fuzzy PID intelligent control system is proposed.2.Aiming at the uncertainties of the model structure of the control object and the characteristics of large time delay,the advantages and disadvantages of PID control and fuzzy control are analyzed through MATLAB simulation comparison.The online self-tuning of the control method is realized.3.The hardware platforms of main circuit,signal acquisition circuit,output driving circuit,key and display circuit with single chip computer as the core are designed.The hardware design of the circuit,the button and the display circuit that control the power output,and the software modules such as data acquisition and control drive are written.Its principle 1s mainly to produce radiated heat of heat pipe to process food.The simulation and application results show that the hardware structure of the system is reasonable,the algorithm is feasible,the dynamic and static performance of the oven control is effectively improved,and the expected purpose is achieved.
