With the development of society, the traditional boiler has in many ways can’tmeet the needs of life, their fuel is coal, oil, low utilization rate and no environmentalprotection.SCM water bath electric boiler temperature control system mainly consists oftemperature acquisition, key control, digital display, alarm circuit composed ofseveral parts based on. By STC89C52realize the main control, use DS18B20digitaltemperature sensor to detect temperature and conversion, with the three controlbuttons to achieve by the health control constant temperature range, with four digitaltube display temperature, a digital tube display state.This design is completed based on MCU water bath electric boiler temperaturecontrol system of the main controller, sampling circuit, LED display, temperaturerange, the heating control circuit, alarm circuit and other hardware circuit design,debugging and production and the main program, read the temperature subroutine,display program, the alarm handler software design, debugging and programming.Through simulation and experiment show that the system can achieve the designrequirements: automatic temperature control; temperature display the actualtemperature, accurate to0.1℃; able to set the temperature range.
