Research On The Implementation Of DS Enterprise ERP Project

With the advent of the Internet boom,computer application technology is becoming more and more popular.For the information management of Chinese enterprises,ERP has a very significant significance.It can help enterprises better manage resources and have real-time demand for resources.Make feedback and accurately arrange production and procurement,thereby reducing the management cost of the enterprise and improving the efficiency of management.In recent years,China's manufacturing industry is facing increasingly complex and severe challenges.Traditional manual management has been unable to adapt to the needs of modern enterprise development and participation in competition.As a very powerful tool,ERP system will become a multi-enterprise improvement.The mainstream means of management level has been widely used in procurement,sales,production,planning,inventory,finance,etc.However,due to the fact that ERP technology is not mature enough in China,many enterprises understand the function and implementation of ERP.It is not very deep.In the process of using,there are such problems.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on key processes,requirements analysis,project management,function matching,schedule control and other services in the ERP implementation process,thus helping the ERP project.The implementation was successful.This article is based on the research achievements of domestic and foreign ERP to DS companies as the research object,theory with practice,the main study of the application of ERP system in manufacturing enterprises,according to the current situation analysis and target to the project demand analysis research,studies the determination of critical process by using project management method to solve the scope of the project management,project implementation work content comb and planning and implementation of the ERP project schedule control these three aspects.using the literature reading,actual investigation and theoretical practice methods,introduced the specific situation of the DS enterprise and the necessity of implementing ERP,and the experience summary after implementation.The results of this thesis will provide a practical approach to the issues of implementation and management of ERP projects which common in Chinese enterprises.
