But the small and medium-sized enterprise is relatively weak in funds, talent, technology, management and so on, which information construction has certain difficulty, especially regarding that in the machine manufacture profession has separate production method, and how carry on the information construction has became the hot topic which people pay more attention generally.This assignment has token the small and medium-sized machine manufacture enterprise as the object of study, through reading the massive related literature, Present situation and the problems of the enterprise appllying the management information system were researched, and unified the actual machine manufacture enterprise, the production management information system was designed and developed. The general design, database design and details design of the system were carried on the base of demand analysis which including organizational structure, management process and related activities.The system determines six sub-systems that are the foundation data management, the production management, the wages management, the cost management, the information browsing and the system administration. The system owned two-layers C/S mode was developed with C and SQL Server 2000 under the Visual Studio. NET.The system database was designed following the process of demand analysis, conception design; logic design, and physical design, According to management activities supported by data. The system database includes four databases and 36 sheets. The structure of BOM was researched, and used two BOM structure to create material list and components list, all of this satisfied the system demand well.The foundation data management subsystem was used to maintain data sheets of the foundation database. The bills of material were maintained with the structure tree demonstration, which was constructed with the dynamic load tree node. This idea of design made the operating simply and clearly, reduced input mistakes, promoted running efficiency of the system. The production management subsystem realized drawing up technological process card and material requisition sheet, and the design for controlling business process can guarantee team working among various modules. The wages and cost management subsystem mainly realized the calculation of workers' wages and the product cost. In the design, the wages, cost accounting model were established through studies and the investigation repeatedly, and then the sub-module was designed according to these models and bussiness procedure. The wages and cost management subsystem mainly aimed at complex data calculation of the machine manufacture enterprise, according to the working procedure, job, man-hour and so on, and the realized subsystem might make these calculations simple, and promoted the working efficiency of this kind of enterprise.This system was developed under the specific environment, and it has. the extremely vital significance on promoting the management level, enhancing the market competitive power, and promoting the enterprise informationization construction.The research content, the developed system, the general system design and the porecess have important reference and model function for other machine manufacture enterprises which would realize the production management information system. |
