With the continuous deepening of the integration of disciplines and the rapid development of technical means,scientific research is gradually breaking the original boundaries of disciplines and moving towards the direction of cross-disciplinary integration,which provides a good external environment for the development of library and information science.For a long time,the academic exchanges between library and information science and computer science are very close.Library and information science is also contributing to the development of computer science while absorbing the theoretical methods of computer science and serving the development of its own disciplines.The analysis of interdisciplinary knowledge flow has been studied.It is found that there is a lack of analysis at the subject level for the study of interdisciplinary knowledge flow,and the analysis of the theory and practice of the knowledge flow of the library and information science subject to the computer science subject from the perspective of the perspective.It is conducive to objectively and accurately grasping the knowledge flow of the library and information science discipline to the computer science discipline,promoting academic innovation of the discipline and improving the quality of academic output.This paper investigates and analyzes the relevant literatures on inter-disciplinary knowledge transfer at home and abroad,as well as related literatures on library and information science and computer science.It combines citation content analysis method with full-text citation analysis method for practical research,with R,Endnote,Excel and Notepad++ software tools.Data statistics and analysis of literature data,confusion,topic intensity and topic distribution,and hot topics were carried out.The subject of the subject literature was modeled by the LDA model,and the subject of library and information literature cited by computer science and the hiring of computer science were explored.The subject of the literature helps to understand the process of knowledge flow between disciplines.This paper firstly studies the current situation of inter-disciplinary knowledge flow research at home and abroad,and proposes to explore the inter-disciplinary knowledge flow process from the perspective of the theme.Secondly,the LDA model and the related concepts of knowledge flow are introduced.The process of knowledge flow is analyzed from the perspective of knowledge transfer and knowledge transformation.The process of knowledge transfer and knowledge transformation is regarded as the completion process of knowledge flow,and the process of knowledge flow between disciplines.Analyzed and constructed a topic-based interdisciplinary knowledge flow model.Thirdly,using Web of Science as a data source,I searched the literature and computer science literature for the past five years,obtained relevant data from the library and information science and computer science literature,and analyzed the LDA by data processing and subject confusion analysis through open source software R.The optimal number of themes of the model,and the topic strength metrics of the topics extracted by the LDA model,and the distribution of research topics and hot topics of related literatures after the transfer of library and information science to computer science knowledge transfer and computer science knowledge.Finally,based on the theory of knowledge flow and the related literature research and analysis of library and information science and computer science,the paper proposes a targeted strategy to promote the flow of library and information science to computer science knowledge.The study found that the transfer of library and information science to computer science knowledge is mainly concentrated on 20 topics,divided into five research directions: information technology research,technical method research,user class research,social hot topic research,academic literature research,Hot topics include scientific citation analysis,information retrieval,user model research,enterprise organization management research,and e-health research.After the transformation of computer science knowledge,it mainly focuses on 15 topics,which are divided into four research directions: user research,social hot topic research,management research,and technical method research.Hot topics include user willing perception research,machine learning,and electronics.Medical research,big data processing and analysis,and natural language processing.
