Research On The Current Situation And Evolution Trend Of Knowledge Flow In Library And Information Science And Education Based On LDA Model

With the rapid development of the knowledge economy,the flow of knowledge between disciplines is becoming more frequent.Through combing the research status at home and abroad,it is found that although relevant scholars have paid certain attention to the cross-cutting issues between Library and Information Science and Pedagogy,they have not conducted in-depth research on the knowledge flow between the two disciplines.So this research selects these two disciplines as the research objects of knowledge flow.The LDA model has been widely used in topic discovery and topic recognition.It is a relatively mature topic model.Therefore,this research chooses the LDA model as the main tool for topic discovery.Based on the citation relationship between the literatures of the two disciplines,this research analyzes the synchronic and diachronic knowledge flow between the two disciplines of Library and Information Science and Pedagogy through the LDA model from the perspectives of knowledge input and knowledge output,and it makes an in-depth research of the current situation and evolution trend of the knowledge flow between the two disciplines.The specific research is as follows:First of all,this research uses CNKI platform to obtain citation data of core journals of the two disciplines during the 15 years from 2005 to 2019,and uses tools such as SATI 3.2,Rstudio,Notepad++ to extract abstract,segment and filter the data,and excavate topics of knowledge flow of the two disciplines through LDA model.Secondly,according to the topic distribution visualized by LDA model,9 topics of Library and Information Science input to Pedagogy knowledge and 8 topics of knowledge output are obtained.Through comparison,it is found that the four topics of MOOC,knowledge sharing,information literacy and education,and bibliometric research are the same research topics of Library and Information Science on the input and output of Pedagogical.In addition,Library and Information Science has imported knowledge about the construction of information resources and knowledge management into Pedagogy.By absorbing and combining its own characteristics,Pedagogy has improved the construction of educational information and promoted the process of educational informatization.At the same time,9 topics of knowledge input from Pedagogy to Library and Information Science and 9 topics of knowledge output are obtained.Through comparison,the three topics of information literacy and education,knowledge management and educational informationization are the same research topics of the input and output of Pedagogy to Library and Information Science knowledge.In addition,Pedagogy has imported knowledge about network education,information technology,higher education and reform into Library and Information Science.Library and Information Science has absorbed relevant knowledge,combined with its own disciplinary characteristics and related advantages,the library service mode adapted to the national "double first-class" construction has been formed,which has strengthened and expanded the library's educational functions and service scope.Finally,every five years from 2005 to 2019 is regarded as a time period,and the topic of knowledge flow between the two disciplines in each time period is explored through the LDA model.Through the diachronic analysis of the knowledge flow between the two disciplines,it reveals the evolutionary trend of the knowledge flow topic of the two disciplines,and summarizes and analyzes the declining topics,hot topics,stable hot topics,and cutting-edge topics of the knowledge flow of the two disciplines.This research has conducted an in-depth analysis of the two-way knowledge flow from Library and Information Science to Pedagogy and Pedagogy to Library and Information Science.The research is conducive to promoting the development of the two disciplines and enriching the theoretical system of knowledge flow research.The research has a certain leading role in accurately grasping the flow of knowledge and changing trends between the two disciplines and promoting the construction of disciplines.
