With the continuous advancement of computer network technology,human society has stepped into an important period of rapid development of information technology,and human-to-human information exchange is also moving toward a deeper and broader direction.The in-depth analysis and processing of a large amount of disorderly and disorderly information and the extraction of key content are already the key to whether a modern enterprise can survive in a fierce competitive environment and seek efficiency gains.The enterprise's information management,maintenance and analysis are based on developed computer network technology,and it is the only way for modern companies to seek survival and increase efficiency.In order to improve the work efficiency of enterprise customer relationship management,reduce operating costs,reduce manpower,and provide better service support for corporate product marketing,this paper develops and designs a Web-based customer relationship management system.The main work of the dissertation is as follows:(1)Analyzed the research background and significance of the customer relationship management system,and introduced the research status of the topic at home and abroad,laying the groundwork for the following research and implementation of the system;(2)combining enterprise customers The actual situation of relationship management analyzes the feasibility of the customer relationship management system from the perspectives of operations and management,and elaborates on the functional requirements and additional requirements of the enterprise on the customer relationship management system;(3)According to the results of the demand analysis,the The design goals and design principles of the customer relationship management system,and on this basis completed the design of the system architecture,function modules and databases;(4)According to the scheme proposed in the system design stage,from the system architecture,system functions,The key technologies of the system briefly describe the development process of the customer relationship management system.(5)The implementation of the CRM system is described in detail.The paper finally deploys the CRM system.Practice has proved that the customer relationship management system in this paper has complete functions,stable performance and friendly interface,meets the needs of daily business customer relationship management,and can effectively provide customer relationship management services for enterprises.
