Analysis And Design Of Red Wine Warehouse Management System In A Harbor Based On RFID

In order to accelerate the information of the warehousing management, the RFID based data base technique has been introduced into this filed in view of the high-speed development of the computer networks. In this context, not only have the related enterprises and corporations improved their response speed for the market but also they decreased the cost of manpower. On the premise of that the automation logistic system can work normally, RFID technique is used to solve the problem effectively that the warehousing managers are difficult to sort and count the merchandise finely and efficiently in practice. RFID technique well-reflects the concept of the modern warehousing and management.In this thesis, the RFID based warehousing management system is developed and characterized through combining with an actual project. The main works are summarized as below: we firstly elaborated the fundamental theory of the RFID which includes RFID definition, RFID operated principle, tap type and so on. Meanwhile, we analyzed the technological superiority of the RFID based bar code technology comparing with the traditional approach. Also, the problems existing in the warehouse management link of the traditional logistics enterprises were elaborated. We finally demonstrated and illustrated the system analysis and design of the RFID based warehousing management. By means of the modularity design for the warehousing management system, we conducted detailed comparison and function design for the basic information management, unloading and loading management, and journal sheet & financial affairs management, respectively. Through the actual application and comparison analysis, we can see that automatic updating function and simplified operating surface of the RFID based warehousing management system are capable of reducing the manpower cost and improve the operational efficiency of company dramatically.
