The information security problems have become increasingly prominent with the rise of cloud computing and the development of information technology and the explosive growth of the information industry data.First,the number of electronic documents in the police is increasingly large,the security requirements of the document level is intricate.The document content management is difficult to be precise.Followed by the document security processing is difficult to meet the security requirements.Police electronic documents Information flow is difficult to real-time monitoring.Therefore,electronic document security is particularly important for policing information.This paper proposes a complete set of police electronic document security management cloud platform by using micro service architecture combined with distributed file system and distributed search engine technology in view of the practical needs of the above practical problems.This paper presents the electronic document using cloud security storage mechanism multi-room backup mode to solve the electronic document physical storage security issues.This paper proposes to use the search engine mechanism to store document description information,security level information,identify content information,etc.These studies are as follows:1)This paper studies the existing mature distributed file storage system,studies and experiments the characteristics of each file system,and selects the solution suitable for the storage of the document.2)This paper studies the existing search engine technology,from the security,large data support,ease of use,scalability and other aspects of research,and build the platform document information retrieval search engine architecture.3)This paper studies the existing digital watermarking technology,and improves the effect of platform pairing on document security.4)This paper studies and puts forward the control model based on resource access level control.The model is based on resources based on RBAC,and an access control model is proposed that directly associates a user with a resource access level.The model enhances the flexibility and security of the access control architecture.The innovation of the research content of this topic lies in the use of cloud-based distributed file system centralized management of police work in the mass of documents.This topic uses the search engine to achieve efficient retrieval of documents.This paper presents the use of text digital watermarking and digital signature technology applied to electronic documents,to enhance the security of document processing.This paper studies the security model based on the level of resource control,and has a good practical value.
