Investigation On The Status Of Electronic Document Backup Work In China

With the emergence and rapid growth of electronic documents,the security of electronic documents has been widely concerned by all walks of life.In order to ensure the authenticity,integrity,availability and security of electronic documents,the archive academic circle puts forward the method of electronic document backup.The electronic file backup work that emerged at the historic moment refers to the work that under the guidance of disaster recovery backup,combined with the actual selection of reasonable backup methods and methods,using relevant protection technology,to ensure the integrity of the whole process of electronic file from backup to management and then to recovery,which is the last defense line of electronic file security.In this paper,we use the methods of questionnaire,literature research and case study to make a typical case investigation and sampling survey on the actual situation of domestic electronic document backup work.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance of the electronic document backup work in China,the research status at home and abroad,research innovation and deficiency,research methods,and defines the relevant concepts;the second part discusses the content,process and methods of the electronic document backup work,as well as the relevant standards at home and abroad;the third part investigates the electronic document backup work in China,the actual implementation of the work,including the determination of the respondents,the design,distribution,recovery and statistics of the questionnaire,and the presentation of the survey results of the sample survey and typical case survey;the fourth part introduces the basic situation of China's electronic document backup work according to the survey results;the fifth part proposes to strengthen the power supply from the macro and micro levels according to the problems existing in the basic situation;the sixth part introduces the conclusion of this paper and puts forward the research prospect.
