| Ili Television Station is located in Yining,the capital of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture.It is the most important traditional media in Ili Prefecture.In the three-tiered television network formed by CCTV,provincial TV station,and city TV station,as the third-tier television station at the grassroots level,Ili TV station plays an important role in reporting and distributing television news.It is not only responsible for speaking for party and government,but also as the bridge and transmission pipeline for the external communication of Ili Prefecture.This paper takes the television station of Ili Prefecture in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example to analyze the adoption and citation of television news production,and tries to summarize the news production relationship between city TV station,provincial TV station,and CCTV through data analysis on the news adopted and quoted.In this paper,after analyzing the available data of Ili TV station in 2014,find that the number of lli's manuscripts used by Xinjiang TV station has decreased year by year,but the CCTV has maintained a relatively stable state.Xinjiang TV station and CCTV have different focuses for the manuscripts of Ili's manuscripts.Xinjiang prefers news about people's livelihood,while CCTV is more concerned with major local events such as weather disasters.Based on this characteristic,Ili station have clear goals and directions in publishing news.News reporters also can use the rules to be more effective in daily news production.In the course of the study,I also discovered some problems in the news production of television stations,such as the homogeneity of news reports,the serious loss of journalistic talents,and the problems of single forms and means of expression.Through this study,relevant suggestions are made in order to provide a clearer direction for future news production.This paper consists of introduction,text and epilogue.The introduction focuses on the background and significance of the topic research,sorts out the research results at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods,key points and difficulties of this topic.The first chapter attempts to expound the news production system in China's television industry from the perspective of news production sociology,as well as the power mechanism and constraints of news production as the grassroots TV station.The second chapter gives an overview of topics such as topics selection,interviewing,editing,checking of Ili TV station and its news production process.The third chapter is about Xinjiang TV station using Ili TV's news in January 2014,May 2014,July 2014,and October 2014,total 396 news,release as a sample for category construction and quantitative statistics and trying to analyze adoption commonalities and differences with reference news.In the fourth chapter,CCTV using Ili TV's news in January 2014,May 2014,July 2014,and October 2014,total 396 news,release as a sample for category construction and quantitative statistics and trying to analyze adoption commonalities and differences with reference news.In the fifth chapter,through a detailed analysis of the adoption and citation of television news of Ili Television by Xinjiang TV Station and CCTV,this study basically outlines in the adoption of television news production relations formed by CCTV,provincial TV station,and city TV station,The types and characteristics of TV news cited and the power of TV station in city TV stations to promote TV news,come from collective and individual reward mechanisms,and the task needs of political propaganda,as well as the factors that restrict the production of news on Ili TV.It also make suggestions on the news production and publicity of Ili TV. |
