Xinjiang Television Station has become indispensable in Xinjiang television media during the forties, their self-management part "Xinjiang News Network" achieve the authority of sections, is a important way of information for local as well as the Government.In fact, it is not only good for economic but also social development。Research on the TV news is accompanied by the birth of television, the experience on the part in form, content, coverage had to return to the discussion of characteristics of TV news for seeking their own strengths. At present, network TV news programs is limited ,has not yet publicly released research papers by journalist. Therefore, this research gaps in this area will be a supplement for the Xinjiang Television provides a theoretical basis and reference value. Currently, the Xinjiang section of TV news stations is limited to practitioners in the study of internal publications, and no more systematic analysis. Therefore, this article will be the supplement in this area.In this paper, the column position, news reports, the audience of Xinjiang Television Station "Xinjiang News Network" will be the object of study through field research, statistical data, literature research methodology, combining journalism, communication science theories, as well as a comprehensive analysis of functions and features to improve communication efficiency.
