Research On The "Provisional Government Bulletin" In The Early Years Of The Republic Of China

The provisional government Gazette of the early republic of China,which is the carrier of the decree policy of the temporary government of Nanjing.It is not the same as the social newspapers,such as the "Shen Bao" and the "Xun Huan daily paper",or the political party newspapers.In past studies of the history of the press,the Interim Government Gazette has rarely been considered as a media for its holistic study,which may result in an incomplete understanding of it.This is why the author chose the provisional government Gazette,founded by the temporary government of Nanjing in 1912,as the object of study.Through a comprehensive study of the contents of the provisional government Gazette,the author examines the image of the provisional government of Nanjing presented in the provisional government Gazette,and in this way explores the relationship between the provisional government Gazette and the interim government of Nanjing,as well as its significance and value in the development of the republic government Gazette of China.This article is divided into four parts.The first part examines the domestic and foreign political background and the social and cultural environment of the interim government Gazette.At the same time,it analyzes the process of its establishment,including publication,column setting and evolution.The second part systematically studies the contents of the Interim Official Gazette,mainly from political,economic,legal,educational and social management aspects.The third part chooses the concrete representative examples,from the point to the face,deeply analyzes the image of the Nanjing Interim Government through the Interim Government Gazette.The fourth part explores the relationship between the Interim Government Gazette and the Nanjing Interim Government and its role in the development of democracy and Republic.At the same time,by comparing it with other Gazettes,the paper explores the historical value and status of the provisional Gazette in the development of the Gazette of the republic of China.
