The Implementation Study Of Nanjing Wireless Broadband Government Affairs Private Network Based On TD-LTE

As a new generation of wireless broadband communication network, TD-LTE receives powerful support of many Chinese manufactures, operators, relevant research and government institutions, and it is increasingly applied to many fields. The mobile communication system which based on TD-LTE will become the mainstream technique of the future development of communication technology, and it provides a good opportunity for building a mature, safe, efficient and stable wireless broadband network for government.Nanjing government affairs private network of wireless broadband based on TD-LTE is studied in this thesis. Firstly, the feasibility of TD-LTE technology is analyzed, and the main characteristics and network advantages of TD-LTE technology are studied. The application advantages of wireless broadband government affairs private network based on TD-LTE technology is pointed out. At the same time, the solutions of the cluster technology and the present situation of the industrial chain based on TD-LTE are introduced. Secondly, requirements analysis to the Nanjing wireless broadband government affairs private network is conducted in this thesis focusing on the government public demand, city management and public service demand, industry informatization demand, the application of Internet of Things demand and the Youth Olympic Games demand and so on. The system architecture of wireless broadband government affairs private network of Nanjing is introduced. Meanwhile, the business requirements of the system are analyzed and the business implementation scheme is proposed which includes mobile video surveillance, two-way audio and video conference, voice services and wireless data transmission business. Thirdly, an network construction scheme of the wireless broadband government affairs private network is analyzed, and the network will cover the city of Nanjing. Wireless network construction scheme based on TD-LTE is studied, including the network coverage solutions, network capacity solutions and base station setting solutions. Finally, conclusions are made in this thesis, and the forecast to the development of the wireless broadband network for government are made.
