The Design And Implementation Of Bank IT Operation Maintenance Audit System

As a representative of the financial sector, bank is the country’s recent strong push for the development of the industry, which has a vital role in the prosperity and stability of the national economy. At present, the domestic banks are constantly expanding the business, including loans, deposits, financial management, fund management, credit management and other business. With the continuous development of banking business, the number of corresponding application system is also expanding. Bank application or system need high data requirements and quality requirements and also must carry on the strict management for the system planning, development, testing, operation maintenance, etc.The operation maintenance problem is outstanding gradually, which impacts on the enterprise quality management. In this paper, we will design and implement the IT operation maintenance audit system for Urumqi commercial bank’s business system.In this paper, the design of the bank IT operation maintenance audit system can be divided into five functional modules, which are system configuration management, security policy management, operation maintenance process, command audit management and report statements management. The five functional modules are respectively formed the complete life cycle process which contains prior configuration management, implementation management process and statistical summary process.In this paper, the design of the IT operation maintenance audit system supports B/S and C/S operation and maintenance mode. Users can log in via a web page, and then call the local client completed session connection operation, can also use the Secure CRT/Putty client to login operation maintenance audit system for management. For the B/S architecture model, this paper chose the SSH framework(Spring framework +Strict framework +Hibernate framework) to build infrastructure, in addition to the C/S architecture model is to use the command line to carry out the framework.The typical characteristics of the bank IT operation maintenance audit systemcontians: first, this paper do the IT operation maintenance of the audit research for the banking industry’s various business system, and final implement the actual business system; second, the IT operation maintenance audit system in this paper will be combined with the B/S schema and C/S schema model to provide users with a variety of audit methods; third, this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis, and the entire business system covered the prior configuration, in time monitor, after statistics and other life cycle management process.The realization of the bank IT operation maintenance system will be implemented in Urumqi commercial banks, and finally applied in a wide range of application and promotion. Until now, the operation maintenance audit system has been applied for the modern payment system, credit management system, fund management system, direct clearing system, financial trading system, anti-counterfeit system, parameters control system, bank reconciliations system, business data management system, credit card system applications and so on.
