Then union public opinion study correlated theories, take"the most vicious stepmother of history"as the example, analyze the process of this event, the four stages are information stimulates personal opinion, information radioactivity transmission accompany with rumor, group polarization happened in opinion conformity, violence public opinion retrogress and public opinion shift. Based on this discuss the factors in it. Contribute the reasons to personal factor, social factor, environment factor of network behavior and benefit of medias.At last draws the conclusion, the violence of public opinion on internet is a normal phenomenon when contemporary China moves toward democracy process,but not a perfect condition. Carries on the effective control and unblocking to the violence of public opinion on internet, needs the network, the web cam and the traditional media, the government related department, unifies the autonomy and the heteronomy, processing the degree of freedom and the violence opinion.
