And dominating and leading the public opinion is one of important acts of maintaining social stability and Party ruling security. So, as the basic technology of the public opinion's dominating, speculating and forecasting, the multidimensional hierarchy opinion index computing has an important academic meaning and actual value of researching.This thesis focused on the researching of the multidimensional hierarchy opinion index computing. After clarifying the notion of public opinion index and relating concepts, this paper mainly studies the methods of public opinion index's computing and the multidimensional hierarchy compute model. The system offers a multidimensional hierarchy display to dominate and lead the public opinion exactly. The main contents are as follows.(1) First, this thesis brings forward the notional framework of public opinion index system, including the whole process of the methods of the public opinion index computing.(2) On the basis of the character of the multidimensional hierarchy public opinion index system, this thesis brings forward the hierarchy notional model based on RDF. The system offers a comprehensible and deployed hierarchy public opinion index system.(3) On the basis of the character of public opinion index, this thesis brings forward the methods of the spread and harm.(4) On the basis concept of dimension in the OLAP, this thesis brings forward the multidimensional hierarchy compute model referring to the model of "star". Then, this thesis brings forward a method of multi-objective synthetic evaluation based on entropy weight. Finally, this thesis brings forward a congregate compute method with weight, owing to the traditional OLAP does not hold out it.(5) Making use of the above-mentioned studying, this thesis designed and implemented a archetypal system of the public opinion index system based on Mondrian. At the same time, this thesis explained the methods of the primary module.
