The development of globalization and information technology has promoted international academic exchanges and cooperation.Social stability, open academic and free environment have brought opportunities for Information Science and Library Science.Based on the present, look to the future, using the quantitative and qualitative analysis to explore the status of international exchange of Information Science and Library Science in China,is conducive to a more objective and accurate grasp of our country in the development of the science and the level of international academic status, promoting academic innovation, improving the quality of academic output.Compared with previous research, the research perspective of this paper is more comprehensive, the tools and methods of statistical analysis are more scientific, and the results have some practical significance. At the same time,we analyze the knowledge flow pattern between nations and construct the formula of knowledge influence. It provides a new idea for knowledge flow theory and the application of citation analysis theory. The article is divided into five parts: the introduction mainly focuses on the purpose and significance of the research, the current research situation and trend at home and abroad, the research methods and the main points of innovation. The second chapter discusses the related theories and methods of analysis.Based on the knowledge transposition and conversion process,we describe the model of knowledge flow between countries. And based on the knowledge flow process, the formula of knowledge transposition rate, knowledge transformation contribution rate and knowledge influence were constructed. Finally,wo intruduce the related theories on the topic model and improve the text classification algorithm The third chapter takes Web of Science as data source,on the basis of the subject classification standard, with Information Science & Library Science as an example, calculate the knowledge transposition and knowledge transformation contribution rate of Chinese in 15 countries to explore the knowledge influence. The fourth chapter is based on the third chapter,to explore Chinese have higher influence on the country like the United States,South Korea,Spain,Germany and Hetherlands.Focusing on the United States and South Korea as the key research object and subject extraction using LDA model. From the content analysis of knowledge transformation and knowledge conversion,we can explore the knowledge influence of Chinese. The fifth chapter, from the four perspectives of universities and research institutes, academic journals, database manufacturers, periodical office and scholars, expounds the strategies for enhancing the international knowledge impact of Information Science and Library Science in China. The study found that in the numerical level,China knowledge influence in 15 countries to logarithmic distribution, have the highest knowledge influence for the United States and South Korea. But for most countries, the knowledge influence is lower.China on the knowledge transposition mainly focuses on 5 themes to United States and 4 themes to the South Korea. And the United States and South Korea's knowledge conversion were focused on 3 themes.Through the analysis of two aspects of numerical and content can be found,Information Science and library Science in China has changed from one-way information input and absorption of "knowledge deficit" situation,to achieve academic output and have a certain knowledge influence to other countries. But the process of knowledge output in most countries, knowledge influence is lower,so the academic journal database vendor, periodical office,University and Research Institute scholars need to improve from different aspects,in order to enhance the knowledge influence of Information Science and Library Science of China.
