Oriented Knowledge Associated To Reveal Its Applied Research, Knowledge Discovery

With the dramatic increase of Technical literature and user's needs of mining knowledge within it, knowledge discovery of the Technical literature set is popping up. Due to the differences between literature and ordinary records from database, it's difficult to use computer to deal with it. in order to obtain a comprehensive and embedded understanding of contents, We have to find a method which is pertinent to the characteristic of literature. But the method of the knowledge connection revealing deepened the knowledge research unit from the literature to the knowledge connection which the literature in existed. Therefore, it's very important to discuss the theory of knowledge connection revealing oriented to knowledge discovery and it's application.First of all, this paper discuss the definition, pattern, ordinary procedure and key technology, and discussing the knowledge connection in knowledge discovery in depth. Summarizing the definition, types, and the method of knowledge connection revealing in technical literature. On the basis of all above, this paper studies the three type method of knowledge connection promulgate: Based on Citation analysis; Based on Co-occurrence analysis; Based on topic analysis. On the basis of studying the theory of the three methods, studying the application of these methods, and using cases analysis the procedure and function of these methods; Summarizing that, it's very important to discovery the knowledge structure of the subjects, the research hot spot, as well as appraisal domain scientific research achievement, researcher and development facility aspect and so on. Finally, based on a project related to correlation recommendation in academic information resource services, in which the author has taken part, exploring the application of knowledge connection.
