With the development of the times and the progress of technology,the publishing industry in our country has been transformed from the traditional paper-based books to the multi-integrated development such as paper publishing,digital publishing and database construction.Among them,digital publishing as a new type of publishing method is particularly striking.In digital publishing,the fastest-growing industry nowadays,digital audio publishing has been sought after by people,especially young people because of the accelerated pace of people's life and the change of reading mode.In this paper,the current development of China's larger and better digital audio publishing platform-Himalaya FM as the focus of research,the use of five forces analysis model analysis of the external competition Himalaya FM environment,and through the three basic competitive strategies of choice,Developed a competition measure suitable for the development of Himalayan FM,with a view to providing some reference value to other publishing houses,mobile stations and mobile APPs that are interested in deploying audio-visual publishing services.First of all,the author introduces the concept and theory involved in this paper,clarifies the concept of digital audio publishing and competition strategy,and explains the five forces analysis model and the specific contents of the three basic competition strategies.Secondly,based on the history of the development of Chinese and foreign audiovisual publications,this paper analyzes the external development environment of digital audio publishing industry in our country from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology,and analyzes the digital publishing industry in our country and Himalayan FM The development of digital vocal publishing is outlined.Finally,the author analyzes the competitiveness of existing competitors in Himalayan FM industry,the ability of potential competitors to enter,the substitution ability of substitutes,the bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of buyers through the five forces analysis model The Himalayan FM digital vocal publishing external competition environment was given an analysis.At the same time,it also discusses the internal competitive ability such as competitive advantage,competitive disadvantage and core competitiveness of Himalayan FM digital sound publishing.Based on these analyzes,we selected a suitable differentiation strategy for Himalayan FM and formulated five specific strategic measures to help Himalayan FM develop better in the digital audio publishing market.
