With the rapid development of science and technology,people's quality of life is constantly improving,and health concerns are also growing.Among many health indicators,heart rate has become one of the important signs of physical health.Its speed can help people understand their physical condition in advance to prevent the emergence of various diseases.However,a single heart rate measurement is not sufficient to illustrate the problem,and the person's heart rate is also related to the current exercise state,height to weight ratio,and age.Currently,there are various types of heart rate meters on the market that generally only measure the heart rate results,but do not provide alarm information for abnormal data.Therefore,on the one hand,this article designs a wearable device that can transmit heart rate data in real time.On the other hand,the device can also combine various factors such as age,gender,weight gain,and current exercise state,and transmit data to background data through data analysis.,Then give the alarm message.When designing heart rate alarms,we must consider different factors such as age,gender,physical fitness,exercise state,and current physical conditions to design a reasonable alarm modelThe main task of this paper is to combine the infrared sensor,tilt sensor,background data processing and other methods to solve the problem of measuring heart rate and finding abnormal heart rate data.The specific work is as follows: First,the current heart rate of a person is collected using the principle of an infrared sensor.Secondly,the data of the heart rate meter is transmitted to people's mobile phones in real time through the Bluetooth module,so that people can grasp their heart rate anytime anywhere.Thirdly,using a tilt sensor to capture the state of motion of the person,and fourthly,processing the current state of the person's current motion,the current heart rate,the age,the height,the weight,etc.,to find out the abnormal heart rate data.
