With the population aging and the accelerating process of urbanization,the epidemic trend of cardiovascular risk factors in our country is obvious,leading to the continuous increase in the number of cardiovascular diseases.To avoid deadly consequences,elderly people need to be monitored during sleep to detect early signs of cardiovascular abnormalities.Monitoring heart rate during sleep can provide crucial information about human health.However,most of the clinical sleep monitoring methods are not suitable for long-term monitoring of home,which requires exploration of a comfortable,human non-sensory testing methods to achieve health monitoring during sleep.In this paper,a smart mattress is designed by using embedded system.The sensor array is used to acquire various vital signs of the human body.Real-time processing of the embedded system and comprehensive analysis of back-end expert system are used to realize non-contact health monitoring and disease warning.According to the distribution of sensors and the signal characteristics of users in different states,this paper realizes the judgment of users' status in bed or out of bed,body movement and bed position through analysis and calculation.By designing a reasonable FIR band-pass filter,the low-frequency respiration signal and the high-frequency noise in the original sampling signal are filtered out to extract the standard BCG signal.Based on the short-time energy algorithm,a new algorithm is proposed after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of heart rate extraction algorithms based on BCG signal.The algorithm makes the extracted heartbeat interval more accurate and improves the accuracy of heart rate.According to the actual hardware circuit of the development board,the hardware underlying driver is realized by using the way of library development,which provides the basic support for the upper application of the non-contact health monitoring system.Completed the upper system design of the overall system to achieve the system's data collection tasks,signal processing tasks,data transmission tasks,making non-contact health monitoring system in the development board stable operation.Design related test cases and test the non-contact health monitoring system.The test results show that both the user state detection algorithm and the heart rate extraction algorithm proposed in this paper have high accuracy and reliability.
