As people living pressure increase and the increase of aging population, chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and hypertension increase the pressure of people’s lives every year, there is an urgent need in everyday life can be a real-time health care for their own health. This article gives a physiological signal acquisition system based on Bluetooth 4.0 technology, build human health sensor networks, real-time monitoring of human physiological parameters were analyzed and guidance for home health care. The main research work is as follows.First, wireless sensor networks and physiological signal acquisition as background, introduced the research status at home and abroad in the field, discusses the establishment of physiological signal monitoring system of the human body sensor network is important. According to the needs of the human body sensor networks, several of the current mainstream wireless communications technology comparison and analysis, the system chosen for Bluetooth 4.0 wireless communication solutions.Second, build a human-based sensor networks based on Bluetooth 4.0, a front-end design physiological parameter acquisition circuit using ECG, pulse and temperature sensor as a child node, smart phones as the primary node to establish a simple model of the human body sensor networks, and based on the use of radio frequency chip CC2540 Bluetooth 4.0 BLE protocol to complete the multi-point acquisition and transmission of data.Finally, the Bluetooth 4.0 BLE stack works and work processes, and software development at the application layer of the protocol stack, the completion of the physiological parameter data acquisition and transmission. Designed Android Smartphone client graphical interface, you can be the body sensor network nodes in sensor collected data to be analyzed and processed on the phone, in order to achieve real-time display of the physiological parameters for the future realization of wearable device design and remote medical monitoring basis.The system basically realized the physiological parameters acquisition, construction and Android Smartphone body sensor network terminal interface display. The system uses self-designed wearable physiological sensor module to collect physiological parameters, and the establishment of a body sensor network based on Bluetooth 4.0, the system is flexible, convenient, low power, low cost, to meet people in their daily lives real-time health care. For home health care and disease prevention, reduce health care costs, ease social tensions medical resources, specifically of great significance.
