Strengthening party affairs management is an important guarantee for the work of Party building in Colleges and universities.Since the college enrollment in recent years,the number of Party members of students increased year by year,the frequent flow of student party members,the data is also complex,if using the traditional way,is a great waste of manpower and material resources in two,and is to ensure the integrity and correctness of the data.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a party information database with simple operation,friendly interface and perfect function,which can realize the unified and dynamic management of party affairs information.According to the provisions of the "constitution" and "rules" of party development,the development of Party members in general to pass the application,identified as party activists,development object,in preparation for receiving members,upon the expiration of the probationary period after passing the inspection to the official party and other procedures,process is more complex,there are a large number of students and graduates enter into every year,a large number of Party members or turn out,strong liquidity,a large amount of information;and the party personnel changes,the statistical data is not accurate,easy loss,low efficiency.To this end,the organization according to the demand subject caucus affairs management,combined with the party management system requirements of party affairs management information system needs analysis and planning system are detailed,including database design,system function division,multi user design etc..This paper firstly introduces the background,purpose and significance of party affairs management information system research,the research status at home and abroad;secondly introduces related technologies of the party affairs management information system theory and combined with the background of the study;thirdly,the school party affairs management information system to carry out the requirement analysis and feasibility analysis,illustrates the purpose of the system,logic the model of business process and system are studied and analyzed;and then introduces the design of the party affairs management information system;finally a detailed description of the system realization,and carries on the related tests.The system has finally realized the six main modules of the party organization information management,the management and inquiry of the basic information of the party members,and the management of the party members' meeting.In this way,the management work is more standardized,the efficiency of Party building work has been improved,and the rigor and transparency of the work of the party members have been enhanced.This system is developed with Java language,using B/S architecture,based on Web,using JSP+Javascript+Html as its front end,using SQL Server 2005 as the background database,using MyEclipse development platform,operating system is Windows7,using Tomcat as the WEB server software.The system basically meets the application requirements of the school.
