Research Of Organization Of Party Of Rural Basic Level Party Affairs Management Information System Design

Party work management plays an important role in advancing the grassroots Partyorganizations and in constructing the socialistic new rural area. At present, theinformation management of most grassroots Party organizations is still in the level ofmanual operation, which is a hard and lengthy work with inconvenience and lowefficiency in inquiry, analysis, statistics and management.The thesis studies the design and development of Party work managementinformation system of grassroots Party organizations with the background on PartyConstruction of Chengchong town, Liuyang city, Hunan province. It firstly introducesthe design thoughts, development models and detailed implementation technique likeprogramming language and database. Then it analyzes the functional requirements ofsystem including organization management, Party member management, Partymembership dues management, probationary Party member management, Party activistsmanagement, document management, report management and system management, aswell as the non-functional requirements, including performance, interface, reliability,robustness, security, compatibility and scalability, and brings forwards the designprinciples. The system architecture and database design are elaborated, and then theimplementing effects and testing results are shown at last. For the architecture of thesystem, a relatively simple mode, i.e. C/S mode is adopted; as for the networkenvironment selection, taking into account the relatively small range of applications,internal LAN is used as network platform; while on means of realization, thedevelopment language of VB.Net and SQL Server database are combined to enhancethe operability, safety and suitability of the system. To sum up, an informationmanagement system is designed and developed to meet the demand of the town Partybuilding work and put into practical application, which achieves good results.The development of this system is a great innovation to the traditional Party workbuilding of the town. It provides an important tool to improve the Party workmanagement level, raise management efficiency, and realize the standardized, scientificand systematized information management of grassroots Party organizations. I mainly undertook the work of demand analysis, structure design and major modules’development in the project.
