Design And Implementation Of Party Members' Information Management System For Gaomi

The information age has come to us, and the internet is useful in almost every aspect of the society. Accordingly, the management of Party members should change too. In the 4th meeting of the 17th conference of PRC, informationizing the management is absolutely correct and inevitable. Building Party members'information management system can not only meet the demand of controlling locally and remotely, but also achieve network management of Party information, achieve information sharing and optimal allocation of resources. Secondly, the information in different nodes can be consistent and will not make more mistakes, so the database is quite powerful. Finally, it can reinforce the communication between different nodes and different parties. It can improve the work flow, lower the cost, and make the work efficiently.This paper will show the background of the information management system and its development. It demonstrates problems that this system needs to be solved and introduces the techniques and contribution we have made. UML is used while designing the system. Sequence diagram and active diagram is applied when showing the structure of the system. Class diagram shows the static state of the system and state diagram shows the dynamic state of the system. Java and SQL is used as the infrastructure and database separately. According to the actual circumstance of management of information in Gaomi city, this system is built. So the function of this system can deal with most problems when faced.This system consists of modules:browsing and collecting information, fee of members, management of structure, education and training, management of organizational relationships, message exchanging, and database control and so on. This system can not only manage the basic information of members, but also classify information, gather information, and then manage the city party organization efficiently. In the meanwhile, information can be shared by the internet to simply the procedure. The work flow can be fluent and efficient, and let the work of members information management in Gaomi achieve a new level.
