Design And Implementation Of Party Affairs Management System Of AnQing Vocational Technical College

With the rapid development of computer technology, the information technology has been widely used in all kinds of fields, so does the management of Party affairs in colleges. Currently, the management level of Party affairs in many colleges needs to be improved, though the information technology is used in management work. Therefore, it is necessary to develop professional software of Party Affairs management in order to improve information level and efficiency.In the system of this paper, the development technology based on components development and C/S mode are adopted to build the system architecture by investing and analyzing the business flow of Party Affairs management. What’s more, the future possible requirements are considered for changing. The system was implemented by using SQL Server 2005 as database management software and C# as the programming language in.Net framework. The system has five modules namely, base information module, daily business management, statistics analysis module, data exchange module and information integrity checking module. The prominent characteristics include design and implementation by development technology based on components, and some functions realization with flow management by the Technology of Work Flow Management, such as the function of developing Party members. The usage of the system for the work of Party affairs, to large extent, improved the efficiency, simplified work flow, enhanced the querying, exporting and consistency of data.The development technology based on components used in the system makes the system have the characteristics of extension and reuse. After coding, testing and usage in fact, the results proved that the system has good performance and high stability. The system satisfied the requirements of Party Affairs management of AnQing Vocational Technical College.
