In the era of rapid development of the technical economy,automobile sales market competition becomes more intense,the car 4S shop management is facing a major crisis.Single profit structure and unhealthy development mode can easily make the car 4S shop into a vicious circle,how to get the mainstream market trend in time,how to accurately obtain the customer's consumption preference;how to improve the service quality and how to diversify the business expansion;Is that,how to tap potential customers,how to clear the loss of customer characteristics.Based on the above view,this paper presents the Nanchang Changcheng Automobile 4S shop car sales management system.This article carries out the tenet of combining reality with theory.After understanding the operation mode of Changcheng Automobile 4S shop in Nanchang,we first extract and analyze the operation flow of daily business,analyze the business problems,clarify the functions of business staff,Through the relevant information to know the project background and similar systems research and application of the status quo,to carry out a series of research and analysis.This article focuses on the analysis of the business status quo by analyzing the original flow chart of vehicle sales,sales orders,ordering,warehousing,delivery,customer relations,etc.,to analyze and design more optimized business processes.Not only improve the efficiency of the original business processes,but also added a customer booking management processes,basic information management processes and other new processes.After defining the business process,conduct a role analysis to determine the scope of work and permissions of each role.Then,the role analysis is carried out.We used case diagram,the description of use case,what's more,the function of the system which is discussed in detail.At the same time,the system overall management package diagram and the subsystem management package diagram are designed.Afterwards,the data involved in each module are designed and analyzed through thumbnails,and all the complex relationships between the various entity classes are described,every entity class is also mapped into the table structure of the database.Finally,summarized of the automobile inventory system and put forward the future improvement of the system.The system basically covers all the business modules of the Nanchang Great Wall Motor 4S store sales management of automotive sales to meet the basic needs of the industry,and the various business processes closely together,effective integration ofdata and resources.To achieve information technology and management synchronization,fine management,cost savings,data analysis and enhance the level of business,which brings a new development model,to produce more business profits.
