The Design And Implementation Of Automobile Sales And Service Management System Based On Blockchain

With the rapid development of Chinese automobile industry,the demand for standardization and traceability of automobile sales and service management is constantly increasing.The automobile transaction process and the credible commitment of after-sales service have become an important demand of consumers.In order to optimize the standardization of the after-sales service process of automobile transactions,the paper studied the supply chain process of automobiles,combined with consumers' after-sales service commitments and applied actual needs,chose the Ethereum blockchain framework,and designed and implemented blockchain-based automobile sales services.The distributed application of the management system mainly does the following two tasks:1.Design a solution of blockchain for the automobile sales service management system.The automobile sales service management block chain system,the vehicle sales supervision government departments,automobile suppliers,manufacturers,dealers and consumers as the key nodes,the real record of the whole process of automobile transaction and sales of key information.The design realizes five functional modules,among which the automobile management mod ule realizes the functions of automobile information linking,automobile recall and transaction freezing.The automobile trading module realizes the functions of automobile trading and trading information linking.The vehicle traceability module realizes the function of vehicle information verification and traceability.The car query module realizes the function that the user queries the car informat ion according to the relevant conditions in different scenes of the front end of the system.The user management module realizes the user information management function of the automobile sales management system,including user registration and login,admi nistrator approval,and information chain,etc.2.Development of automobile sales service management system based on block chain.The system is developed based on the Ethereum blockchain,using Solidity language to develop smart contracts,and using Truff le framework to compile,link and deploy smart contracts.The front-end user interface is realized by Bootstrap front-end development framework and HTML technology,and the back-end server uses Node JS to respond to the request of the front-end page.In order to reduce the resource consumption on the Ethereum blockchain,the interstellar file system IPFS is used to store part of the file information,and only the file ID returned by IPFS is stored in the blockchain.Finally,the distributed database MONGODB is used to backup the system file information,and the flexible system query function is realized through the backup under the chain.This paper uses Ganache to build a local test environment for Ethereum,design test cases,and complete the functions of th e car sales service blockchain system.The smart contract was executed correctly and credible results were obtained,which had a certain use value.
