In recent years, the automobile industry has developed rapidly. In2010, China hasreally become the biggest global automobile market. Along with the development ofChina’s automobile industry and the increasing demand of cars, the competition ofautomobile dealers tends to become much fiercer. The automobile sales managementsystem designed by this paper, with the aid of network resources and by providingall-around information of automobile sales, can improve the automobile dealers’ salesmanagement level, reduce the cost of management and increase their marketcompetitiveness to a great extent.The system this paper designs is mainly based on the technology of ASP.NET andthe development platform adopts.NET technology, which has the advantages ofstability and scalability. The technology of database uses SQL Server, which canprovide a comprehensive, integrated data solution to different enterprises. Theconnection of database employs the ADO.NET technology. ADO.NET is an importanttechnology which is superior to ADO and has the advantages of interoperability, easymaintenance, programmability and high-performance. The system’s programminglanguage adopts C#, which develops based on C and C++. The programming languageof C#is powerful, not only similar to java language, but also refers to the advantage ofDelphi. The system structure uses the B/S model, which has made a great improvementcompared with the C/S mode, besides it can provide the service which can’t be realizedby the desktop program.This paper can be classified into three parts. The first part of this paper introducesthe present development situation of sales management system in China, then analyzebased on the automobile industry. The second part of this paper introduces the keytechnology of the system design. The third section describes the specific process designof automobile sales management system, including the system requirement analysis,system design, system realization and system test. Through the requirement analysis,the system comprises of automobile information management, inventory informationmanagement, sales information management, financial information management, customer relationship management and the system user management. Each moduleprovides the function of query, modification and deletion. In addition, system designincludes database and key data table design, system realization includes some importantmodule interface design and part of code design, and at last system test ensures therealization of the important functions of the system.The automobile sales management system which this paper designs is based on thedevelopment process of information management system. It is the combinations ofinternet technology and management information technology in the field of marketing,and it provides some reference to sales management system for its future development.
