Economic globalization and fierce competition enable enterprises have a win-win cooperation. Single enterprise is not able to compete with rivals in all aspects with its own capability. In the macro view, competitions are not only exist between enterprises, but extend to supply chain and supply chain, even value chain and value chain. In the era of rapid developing network and cooperative technologies, the cooperation of enterprises requires cooperative commerce by Internet. Therefore, enterprise should not only consider the integration of employees' skill and department resources, but also consider the cooperation with other enterprises, and realize the inter-organization of flow in order to quicken the response speed to customer. It requires using modern technology, establishing cooperative environment between enterprises, enlarging the contact scope and access channel, increase the flexibility of the entire supply chain. In face of the fiercer market competition, enterprise (especially the small-median enterprises) should fully use resources of all aspects to serve itself, thus increase its core competitive power. Cooperative commerce is such an effective way to increase the core competitive power, combined with the National 863 Program Project "the development and application of equipment and auto industry chain-oriented enterprise networked cooperative ASP Platform".Information interaction and management between auto industry enterprises in network environment are discussed systematically, thus accelerates the informationize development of small-median enterprisesBased on the analysis and research of automobile industry chain cooperative commerce and cooperative commerce both at home and abroad, the back ground and significance of cooperative commerce system are discussed. Research on the vehicle information of various enterprise which is in the alliance of certain Chengdu automobile manufactory, base on enterprise requirements, the information management and interaction are analyzed, the representation, description and modeling of the system are analyzed, the modelof data management of current enterprise requirements are built. Combined with the architecture of auto industry cooperative commerce system, the framework of data management and interaction in the mode of cooperative commerce is analyzed, the overall design of cooperative commerce is completed, and some of the function modules are designed in detail, the key modules of upload and download are designed and realized in detail at last.
