Research And Analysis Of The File Management System Of Yichun Automobile Driving School

Since 2013,the number of car ownership has been increasing in China,and the number of private car ownership has exceeded 100 million.With the continuous rapid growth of vehicle ownership,the number of motor vehicle drivers in 2016 reached 360 million.As a result,the demand and quality of driving schools are improving.File information as a kind of document content of driving school information or activity information is an important certificate of driving school management.The traditional artificial file management mode is not only inefficient but also lags in process,which can not meet the increasing demand.Driving school office file management system of research analysis,the driving of the development of the expanding enterprise comprehensive archives management,strengthen the management of the archives and the archives office students,to improve service quality,the driving school has the positive significance.This paper takes yichun trucks driving records management as the background,to research and analysis is suitable for driving the use of archives management system as the object,from set out actually,combining my own work,the idea of object-oriented modeling,from business,function,data analysis in three aspects:the driving the related business process in the process of archives management.Firstly,the paper introduces the background and content of the project,and related content and work.Then the management process of driving school is analyzed from two aspects:original business and process reengineering.The third chapter analyzes the main intacters of the system based on the analysis of the management business process of driving schools,and analyzes the overall use cases and subuse cases of the system.According to the business and use case analysis division system function module,the package diagram design for each function module.Chapter 4 determines the data table structure of the system,describes the data entity classes and their relationships,and user the class diagram to analyze the functional modules of the system.In the context of informatization,the combination of intelligent office and archival management can satisfy the business and work demands of the current driving school files.In the archives management,yichun automobile driving school insists on the internet as the foundation,the archives resource information and the office information of the two way through the goal,the realization of the file management network,standardization and intelligence.At present,the file management system and office system of yichun automobile driving school are independent of each other,resulting in the inability of file information data to be entered directly into the system,and the duplication of work is increased.
